Finder's Fee Program
Sales
representatives and newspapers participating in NEPA's display
advertising network have an opportunity to earn additional revenue
through a new Finder's Fee program approved in January 1998.
How does the Finder's Fee Program work?
If a sales rep at a participating NEPA display network
paper provides a lead to the NEPA office that develops into a
display network sale within six months, the rep will receive $100.
The rep's newspaper company will also receive $100 from the NEPA
program.
What accounts are good leads?
A lead prospect would be an account that could benefit from
advertising in New England outside a newspaper's own coverage area.
A typical schedule might be countywide, across a state, selected
states, or extended to all six New England states.
Would any account qualify for a Finder's Fee?
Any account would qualify a rep for the Finder's Fee program except
advertisers that have already purchased through the NEPA display
network in this calendar year or last calendar year.
The account
must place an advertising schedule through the NEPA display network
within six months of the date on the lead.
How do I submit a lead for the Finder's Fee Program?
Simply fill out our
finder's fee form as completely as possible and submit or
contact the NEPA office at 617-373-5610 to request a form and fax or
mail it to New England Press Association, 360 Huntington Ave., 428
CP, Boston, MA 02115. All leads should be faxed or mailed attention
Linda Conway, advertising director.
